LASALLE Investment Management has appointed Elysia Tse as the new head of research and strategy, Asia Pacific.
Tse will be working closely with the global strategy team, led by Jacques Gordon, Global Strategist, who is based in Chicago. She will report to Mark Gabbay, Asia Pacific CEO.
Tse was previously a member of LaSalle’s Americas research & strategy group between 2002 and 2005. Prior to returning to LaSalle, she was the head of research & strategy – real estate Asia Pacific at JP Morgan Asset Management.
She joined Aviva in March 2012 before its Asia Pacific direct real estate platform was acquired by JP Morgan Asset Management. She has also worked on research and strategy at Citigroup Property Investors and BlackRock Real Estate Equity in New York.
Tse received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Xiamen University in China.
