CONSTRUCTION company Hindmarsh has been awarded a contract to deliver the Freshwater Village Plaza mixed-use development on Sydney’s northern beaches.
The contract is valued at approximately $15.5 million. Developed by private company QPS Developments, Freshwater Village Plaza will comprise 24 apartments over two levels with 1,500 sqm of ground floor retail area.
Practical completion of Freshwater Village Plaza is scheduled for mid 2017.
