MULTINATIONAL firm Quadra Pacific has started on a $3 million face-lift of 133 Mary St Brisbane office tower.
The refurbishment to the end of trip facilities include 78 bike racks and 150 lockers, as well as change rooms, bathrooms and showers for tenant use.
Quadra Pacific property manager Michael Cartwright said the refurbishment, due to be completed by December 2016, would deliver a 16-storey, A-grade office building with commercial and retail leasing space and a 4-star energy rating.
“The refurbishment comes at a time when we’re looking to attract new tenants to complement the building’s existing mix of government and private-sector tenants, including TAFE Queensland and the Queensland Resources Council,” Cartwright said.
