COLLIERS International has expanded its real estate management team in Adelaide with four appointments.
State director Lyn Gray said these key appointments come at a time of significant growth and development.
Paul Duldig has joined as associate director.
“Paul has extensive experience across all aspects of commercial and industrial assets and has also worked with the likes of Cromwell for more than nine years, adding value to all aspects of their portfolio in SA and NSW.
“His specialist technical skills including essential services compliance and access control/security, obtained during his years with Access Control Systems in Adelaide,” Gray said.
Rob Alvaro has been appointed as senior property/project manager based.
“Rob has decades of experience delivering high quality outcomes across a multitude of project types spanning all property sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, asset management and urban renewal,” Gray said.
And Nadia Nuzzo and Johannes Van-Reesema have in the roles of property manager and assistant property manager respectively.
“Nadia has joined us from a retail leasing and asset management background, most recently at Savills and Adelaide City Council, while Johannes has recently been promoted to a full time position after working with us part time while finishing his masters degree,” Gray said.
