JLL has bolstered its NSW office leasing team with the appointment of Linda Ko as senior manager.
She decided to permanently relocate to Sydney, after spending six months on an international transfer from the firm’s Hong Kong office in early 2015.
Ko has over seven years commercial leasing and tenant representation experience and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Ko’s focus will be on working with both landlords and tenants, particularly those who have a preference to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese.
She is specialist in providing advisory service to both local and multi-national tenants including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Shearman & Sterling, China Telecom, Industrial Bank of Taiwan and Carnival Group.
Head of office leasing – NSW Daniel Kernaghan said he was delighted Ko has joined the team and the move was reflective of the JLL’s preference and practice of promoting staff from within the company.
“Her fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is key differentiator, and she joins the team with strong relationships with a number of local and Asian-based groups in the market, which are a testament to her success and unique expertise as a leasing operative. We are delighted she has made the decision to join us in Sydney and are confident she will become an integral member of our team,” Kernaghan said.
