CUSHMAN and Wakefield has appointed Billy Dent to the role of senior executive, retail investments New South Wales.
Cushman & Wakefield senior directors of retail investment, Sashi Makkapati and Nick Potter said Dent’s appointment strengthens the firm’s capability to advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of freestanding and other retail investment assets in Sydney and regional NSW.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dent enjoyed success in a commercial sales and leasing role at Shead Property Chatswood. Dent has been responsible for managing a number of recent sale and leasing transactions, including a $3.3 million Chatswood property sale, two sales at the same site in Macquarie Park totalling $3.68 million, and a 2,104 sqm A-grade office lease in St Leonards.
