CBRE has strengthened its NSW Asian Services team with the appointment of Ashley Liu.
Liu joins the team in the position of operations manager NSW. She was most recently with Colliers International based in Shanghai and McGrath Estate Agents in Australia.
“With an extensive career in both the Australian and Chinese property sectors, Ashley brings a depth of market knowledge that will ensure CBRE continues to cement its leading position in the highly competitive Sydney market,” CBRE North Sydney managing director, Ryan Johnson, said.
CBRE’s Danny Shi said Liu’s appointment was evidence of the continued demand from Asian clients in the Australian market.
