COLLIERS International has bolstered its shopping centre leasing capabilities with a new appointment in Victoria.
The agency has appointed Julian Mero to the position of executive – project leasing.
Mero will work alongside Mike Crittenden and Bernard Canning with a focus on Victorian shopping centre leasing.
“We have had a strong focus on building this part of our business, developing a specialisation in project leasing,” Crittenden said. “Julian has an extensive retail property background from both the landlord and tenant sides of the table, bringing a unique perspective to the team.”
