CBRE has appointed Ben Lalic as a director in the Western Sydney office services team.
Lalic joins CBRE following 10 years at Colliers International, where he was most recently director of office leasing in the Parramatta office.
CBRE managing director, Western Sydney & South Sydney, Frank Oliveri said the focus on growing the team was a key part of the firm’s strategy to become the most experienced and leading team in the office sector.
“The recruitment of Ben Lalic further strengthens our office services offering in the Parramatta CBD and greater Western Sydney market, allowing us to deliver real advantage to clients.
“The appointment reflects the strong fundamentals in Parramatta’s office market, with vacancy continuing on a downward trend and A-Grade vacancy currently the tightest in the country,” Oliveri said.
In the Brisbane retail services team, CBRE has appointed Daniel Fenech as associate director and Nikki Zammit as negotiator.
Fenech returns to the Brisbane team with 15 years’ experience, including most recently as the project leasing executive for Australia Retail Income Opportunity.
Zammit has worked with CBRE since 2014 and was recently been promoted to a negotiator role.
