FRASERS Property Australia has appointed Felicity Armstrong to the role of national retail asset manager.
With over 15 years’ management experience, including 10 years in retail and mixed-use property management, Armstrong was previously with JLL, responsible for managing the Central Park retail centre, where she commenced in 2013. She has also held senior roles with Stockland
The new role coincides with Frasers Property’s appointment as asset manager for the landmark ‘Central’ retail centre at Central Park in Sydney.
“Our growth plans in the retail sector are multi-fold. We are focused on growing our retail pipeline in areas where we already enjoy natural advantages, notably in neighbourhood centres that are integrated into our residential communities,” Frasers Property Australia general manager – retail Peri Macdonald said.
“Felicity Armstrong’s appointment also supports our focus to not only develop retail assets, but to retain the management responsibilities of the assets we create.
“We’ll continue to strengthen our team to support this growth. There’s plenty of talented people within our ranks and we expect our growing retail focus to continue to unlock real opportunities for our people,” he concluded.
