VILLA World has appointed Donna Hardman as independent non-executive director.
Hardman has also been appointed as chair of the remuneration and nomination committee and member of the audit & risk committee.
Hardman is a non-executive director of a Sydney based, APRA regulated banking services group. She holds a B Comm (Merit) from UNSW, an MBA from MGSM, is a fellow of the Australasian Mutuals Institute and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
