CBRE has made two new promotions within the Brisbane metropolitan investments team, Mike Walsh and Peter Court as directors.
Walsh has been promoted to director, where he will assume leadership of the team, comprising 11 staff.
Court was also been promoted.
The announcement comes as the team welcomes Marg Hutchison in the position of operations manager, metropolitan investments, and Ashleigh Gee as executive team assistant (previously Cushman & Wakefield).
“The new team structure is in response to continued growth in the Brisbane market and will help ensure we are providing the highest quality of service to our clients,” said.
