COLLIERS International has promoted Simon Crouch to the role of national director, head of tenant advisory, occupier services.
Crouch has been with the agency for 19 years.
“We’re thrilled to promote Simon to this key role,” head of occupier Doug Henry said.
“During his time with the team, Simon has driven major growth in tenant advisory, both in terms of team size and client assignments, whereby our team is now regularly working on large complex assignments for leading national and international brands,” he added.
Colliers has also appointed Luke Dutton to the tenant advisory team.
“As part of this growth, we welcome Luke Dutton in the role of tenant advisor director, based in the Sydney CBD Office,” Crouch said.
