GOVERNMENT development agency Places Victoria has appointed former AVJennings Victoria general manager Peter Vlitas to head its land development and housing team.
In his new role, Vlitas will have responsibility for more than a dozen existing residential development projects across Melbourne.
He has been AVJennings’ Victorian GM for the past seven years and prior to that, he held senior positions at Central Equity, Urban Pacific and Dennis Projects.
He is also a board member and past president of UDIA Victoria.
“I welcome Peter to the team and look forward to working with him to add value to some really strategic government-owned sites.” Places Victoria CEO Gregory Anderson said.
