THE Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has approved the Dexus Property Group and Investa Office Fund deal.
The ACCC declared that it does not intend to conduct a public review of the proposal by Dexus to acquire IOF.
Dexus said the parties are working towards the satisfaction of all remaining conditions precedent.
