TELSTRA is selling 308 Exhibition St in Melbourne after abandoning plans to build a new $950 million office tower earlier this year.
The 4,169 sqm block of land is expected to fetch in excess of $100 million.
CBRE and Charter Keck Cramer are handling the sale.
