Raine & Horne Commercial WA director Anthony Vulinovich said the industrial estate, situated in Wangara and Gnangara, was the perfect place to establish a second Raine & Horne Commercial office in Perth.
“We anticipate continued strong demand for lots within the Northlink Industrial Park continuing, due to the lack of comparable, premium industrial land in Perth’s northern corridor,” Vulinovich.
