CBRE has strengthened its Western Sydney team with two appointments.
Tom Sheridan has joined the capital markets investment & development properties team in the position of negotiator.
Sheridan previously worked with Knight Frank and Colliers International and said he was thrilled to have joined CBRE.
“Having the opportunity to be part of the south west’s transformation from an almost urban rural landscape into one of Sydney’s next CBD’s is something that I am looking forward to,” Sheridan said.
CBRE has also appointed Victor Sheu in the position of Asian market specialist.
Sheu joins CBRE from The Property Investors Alliance, with extensive experience in off the plan sales, working with local and offshore Asian investors as well as some of Australia’s largest developers.
