LJ Hooker Commercial has strengthened its Sydney team with three major appointments.
Daniel O’Brien, formerly a director of Knight Frank and a REINSW Commercial Salesperson of the Year, has been appointed managing director of LJ Hooker Commercial South Sydney.
Former award-winning Colliers International agent and auctioneer Tom Barnier has also joined the South Sydney office, in the role of associated director of commercial and industrial.
Finally Andrew Westaway, previously director of office leasing at JLL, has joined as LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney’s Castlereagh Street
LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney CEO Warren Duncan said he was excited to build upon the existing pool of expertise and knowledge which was achieving top level results.
“As the Sydney market knows, Daniel, Tom and Andrew are very astute operators and they’re joining the brand during a pivotal period of growth.
“Across sales and leasing and the spectrum of commercial and industrial property, I expect the trio to contribute significantly to our client offering through the city and fringe suburbs,” he added.
