CBRE valuer Mia Dragila has been named the Young Achiever of the Year at the Australian Property Institute ACT Excellence in Property Awards.
Dragilia joined CBRE in 2007 as a trainee valuer and went on to complete a Bachelor of Business & Commerce before becoming a certified practising valuer in 2013.
She has valued some of the territory’s most prominent residential development sites in Greenway, Lawson and Molonglo.
CBRE’s ACT managing director, Andrew Stewart, said the award was a tribute to Dragilia’s professionalism and contribution to the firm.
“Mia has made a significant impact valuing residential development sites in Canberra and is regarded as at the go to valuer for developers and banks in a highly competitive environment,” Stewart said.
