CBRE has strengthened its western Sydney’s asset services team with the appointment of Zoran Hajdukovic as associate director.
Hajdukovic joins from Colliers International, where he managed a variety of commercial, retail and industrial assets.
In his new job at CBRe, he will specialise in managing office and large format retail assets.
CBRE associate director James King said Hajdukovic’s appointment was a major asset to the team.
“Having Zoran on board will help bolster our team’s already strong performance in the Western Sydney market and continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.” King said.
Hajdukovic was awarded the Colliers Highest Revenue Above Budget Award in 2013; the 2012 Pretti Real Estate ‘Lone Wolf’ Award; and the 2011 Pretti Real Estate ‘Silent Achiever’ Award.
