COLLIERS International has appointed Thomas Fredriksen to as associate director in the Sydney CBD office leasing team.
Fredriksen joins from Knight Frank and brings nine years experience. He has been responsible for a number of large deals including the lease of 6,300 sqm at 155 Clarence St to Tyro Payments and 3,160 sqm at 383 Kent St to InterSystems.
“Thomas is widely recognised as a rising star in our industry,” Colliers International national director office leasing Cameron Williams said.
“He is highly regarded by institutional owners and tenants alike. Off the back of achieving top performer in the Sydney CBD leasing team for FY14/15 at his previous firm, Thomas will be a great addition to our successful team as we continue to grow our office leasing division,” Williams said.
