RISING star Julian Heatherich has promoted to the role of director, CBD and metropolitan sales, in Savills’ Victorian office.
Heatherich joined the only agency two years ago and in that time, has developed an enviable track record, negotiating key commercial office and development site transactions.
Savills’ Victorian head of CBD & metropolitan sales Clinton Baxter said Heatherich had become one the best and most prolific operators in the market, especially in the residential development site sector.
“This is a very well deserved promotion for Julian who has shown exceptional dedication to our team and in doing so has developed an outstanding reputation as one of the best operators in the Melbourne residential development market.
