FITZROYS has made key appointments to its management and valuations & advisory divisions.
Director Peter Weatherby said the appointments reflect the organic growth of the business and the importance of these divisions to the agency.
General manager of shopping centres Mark Adams has been promoted to senior associate.
“Our shopping centre division manages in excess of $750 million worth of centres and the input of Mark utilising his extensive experience gained in Australia and the Arab Emirates.
“Mark currently manages more than $150 million of assets heading up our shopping centres division. He has been with us for three years and has extensive experience through Australia and the Arab Emirates managing centres has been invaluable,” Weatherby said.
Sally Hollings has been promoted to associate.
“Sally joined Fitzroys four years ago as part of our expanding owners corporation division, which is an integral part of commercial asset management team,” Bourke said.
Meanwhile Mars Njoo has been appointed associate director.
Director Ray Berryman said Njoo has developed a niche in the city and fringe markets, providing sound valuation advice for clients.
