RAINE & Horne has opened a new office in Sydney’s Wetherill Park, which will be led by Sam Ruisi and Natalie Rutonski.
The duo have switched their independent business, Dynamic Property Leaders, to the Raine & Horne brand.
“Operating as Dynamic Property Leaders we decided to test the market and found that by going to listings without a recognised brand we were missing out on some business.
“The feedback from potential customers is that they preferred to list their homes with a familiar real estate brand that has plenty of runs on the board. It’s for this reason that we decided to link with a well-recognised brand such as Raine & Horne,” Ruisi said.
