SAVILLS has made two promotions within its valuation & consultancy team in Victoria.
Chris Pulvirenti has been promoted to director and Joshua Johnston to associate director of valuations & consultancy.
Pulvirenti and Johnson are responsible for medium and high density residential project valuations for mortgage security purposes.
“Both Chris and Joshua have been outstanding contributors in their application to the task and their understanding of lenders requirements,” Savills Victorian director valuation & consultancy Stuart Fox said.
“We are delighted to have been able to reward Chris and Joshua for their exceptional contribution to the team,” Fox said.
