COLLIERS International has grown its healthcare and retirement living team further with the appointment of Liam Greentree as a valuer based in Sydney.
“The healthcare and retirement living sector is a key growth area for our business,” national director of healthcare and retirement living Phil Smith said.
“The overall team has completed a significant number of major valuations and transactions in recent months as the sector consolidates and listed investors become more active. This appointment builds on the capability and capacity of this team as their expertise is increasingly required by clients,” he added.
Greentree joins Colliers from Herron Todd White, where he focussed on valuing caravan parks, manufactured housing estates, boarding houses and motels.
