CBRE’s Victorian development sites team has recruited another agent as the business continues to grow.
Hayden Reed has joined CBRE after five and a half years at Jellis Craig, where he was appointed as a partner in 2013. He will work alongside Mark Wizel, Ed Wright and Julian White in the development sites team, which has negotiated over $465 million in suburban site sales so far this year.
“The team has experience a very strong year to date, as the market continues to seek out well located, well positioned development opportunities in established residential locations throughout Melbourne,” Wright said. “The level of activity has underpinned the decision to expand the team, with Hayden’s knowledge and experience in the residential market further strengthening our platform and client service offering.”
Wizel said Reed has built a reputation amongst his peers as a fierce and successful negotiator, being responsible for many successful property transactions to date.
