CBRE has made two executive appointments.
Daniel Queenan has been appointed chief operating officer of CBRE Global Investors, the company’s investment management subsidiary.
Queenan has relocated back to the US after serving as CEO Asia Pacific for the past two years.
In his new role, he will also serve on CBRE Global Investors’ executive committee and global investment committee.
Steven Swerdlow will assume new responsibilities as CEO of APAC region.
