CBRE has made two promotions in Queensland.
CBRE has promoted Julie Magennis to lead the Gold Coast property management team and Jennifer Ellis will lead the Sunshine Coast property management division.
Magennis had led CBRE’s Brisbane property management team for the past four years.
In her new role as associate director asset services Ellis will oversee a diverse array of properties on the Sunshine Coast and in Bundaberg, including commercial offices, strata title assets, neighbourhood and large format retail centres.
