DTZ has appointed Tim Cassidy to the role of New South Wales head of industrial.
Cassidy has over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial sales/leasing, focusing on the South Sydney market with JLL. Prior to this role, he was a managing director of the Knight Frank South Sydney office.
Cassidy’s significant transactions include the sale of one of the largest residential development sites in South Sydney for Urban Growth. He has also represented clients such as Goodman, Dexus, AMP, Waverley Council, Woollahra Council, and Equinix to name just a few.
