CBRE has recruited aged care, retirement living and healthcare sectors specialist Matthew Sartori to its Sydney metropolitan investments team.
Sartori has joined CBRE after five years as a business development manager in the construction industry. In his new role, he will be based in CBRE’s Western Sydney office.
CBRE Western Sydney managing director Frank Oliveri said the appointment recognised the firm’s continued drive to support clients in the aged care, retirement living and healthcare sectors.
“Matthew has these attributes as well as a proven track record in converting opportunities in the aged care, retirement living and healthcare sectors. His appointment will ensure we continue to provide the highest level of support to our clients in the area of social infrastructure, which is increasingly on the radar of both private and institutional investors.” Oliveri said.
