ASPEN Group has bought a residential manufactured housing estate in Mandurah for $10.2 million, reflecting an initial yield of 9.25%.
Mandurah Gardens Estate is located 70km north of Perth and has been established for 16 years, providing 158 residential sites and a 100% occupancy level. Resident facilities include a village club house, bowling green and swimming pool.
Aspen said the acquisition is in line with its strategy to focus on the accommodation sector.
