LITTLE Real Estate has launched into Western Australia with the acquisition of Harcourts Central in Perth.
CEO Phil Meggs said the acquisition builds upon plans to offer a national service.
“It is exciting to rebrand the business as Little Real Estate. We look forward to offering our signature services tailored to clients locally, and underpinning those services with the strength of being the largest wholly owned real estate business in Australia,” he added.
Laurence Goodman, the owner of Harcourts Central, will remain in the Little Real Estate business.
“I am delighted that Little Real Estate is expanding into Western Australia. Little Real Estate’s program for growth will create opportunities for the existing team, our clients and many other West Australians. Little Real Estate’s investment here is a significant show of confidence in our market and I look forward to being part of it,” Goodman said.
At the same time, Little Real Estate has appointed Chris Lewis to the local business as a director.
