SAVILLS has appointed Matthew Dunn as a director of capital transactions New South Wales based in the Sydney office.
Dunn is a former Olympian swimmer who retired in 2001 and has since pursued a career in real estate working for Goodman, Parkview Group, and more recently as a consultant with Pepper Property. He also sits on the board of FINA (the Fédération Internationale de Natation), the world governing body for aquatic disciplines.
“I have known and worked with key members of the Savills Capital Transactions team for over 10 years and I am excited by the opportunity to now be a part of this growing team,” Dunn.
“We are thrilled to have Matthew on board. He is an outstanding individual who is highly regarded within the institutional and investment arena,” Savills NSW managing director Simon Fenn said.
