CBRE has appointed Ben Clarke as a senior manager in the industrial and logistics services team.
Clarke has over 20 years of experience in sales, leasing and valuations, including running his family real estate business in Dongara for some 15 years. He joined CBRE after two years with commercial and industrial agency MLV Real Estate.
CBRE senior director Warick Irving said the appointment would further strengthen the firm’s industrial sales and leasing platform, particularly in the city’s inner suburban markets.
“His expertise in Perth’s inner suburban markets such as Belmont, South Guildford, Redcliffe, Bassendean and Bayswater, will add further firepower to our well established team and the services we provide to our clients.” Irving said.
