LEND Lease has gained approval for the Jurong Gateway Road development in Singapore.
Lend Lease and its managed fund, the Asian Retail Investment Fund recently won the bid for the Jurong Gateway Road development site.
The $S748.9 million ($A618 million) bid was subject to final approval and notification by the vendor, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, which yesterday gave it its blessing.
