COLLIERS International has appointed George Marton to the role of director of consultancy.
Marton has a diverse background in property, spanning over 30 years. In the 1990s he assisted a number of Japanese clients in the restructuring and divestment of their property holdings in Australia. He also assisted Australia Post in the approval process for the Sydney GPO and subsequently taking the asset to market via a tender process.
“We’re delighted to welcome George to our growing consultancy team,” Colliers national director of consultancy Andrew Graham said.
“With such a broad range of experience and skills across our team, we are well equipped to combine this expertise with our research to provide expert advice to a range of property owners in order to optimise their results and minimise risk in their property portfolios.” Graham said.
