STERLING Global has appointed Hacer Group to deliver $63 million Ralston South Yarra apartment project.
Construction will commence in April on the building located at 22 Toorak Rd, and it is expected to be completed by October 2016.
Sterling Global development director Brandon Yeoh said the appointment is a significant milestone for the group.
“It signals the companies’ commitment to delivering premium flagship projects of design integrity to local buyers,” he added.
