CBRE has recruited experienced property professional Lloyd Jenkins to lead the firm’s Western Australian business.
Jenkins will assume a role as WA managing director and report to senior managing director of CBRE’s WA, South Australia and ACT businesses, Peter Agostino.
Jenkins has wide ranging industry experience, including previous roles with BGC Australia, Investa Property Group and JLL.
CBRE President & CEO, Australia & New Zealand, Tom Southern said the new leadership structure had been instituted as part of the firm’s continued strong growth and focus on business development and client care.
“This new leadership structure will allow Peter to focus increased attention on strategic growth, new business development, senior recruitment and client care & development in tandem with, and allowing increased focus on, his capital markets role and continued oversight of our operations in South Australia and the ACT.
“Lloyd will meanwhile assume day-to-day responsibility for, and administration of, the WA business, with a view to further strengthening our platform and client service offering,” Southern said.
