CBRE has appointed Ryan Johnson as the new North Sydney office managing director.
Johnson has served as managing director of CBRE’s Wellington office for more than a decade and has more than 17 years’ experience. He will relocate with his family from New Zealand.
“Ryan has an exceptional track record both in terms of running a highly successful office and through his role in our capital markets business line. He already has strong relationships with many of our key Australian clients and is very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in his new role,” CBRE Australia & New Zealand CEO Tom Southern said.
The current MD for North Sydney Peter Flint will move to office services and will lead the division in New South Wales and the ACT.
In turn, Matt St Amand has been appointed managing director of CBRE’s Wellington office.
