THE Metro Central Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) has given Finbar Group the greenlight for its $120 million, Aurelia, development in South Perth.
Located at 96 Mill Point Rd South Perth, the 21-storey building will comprises 118 apartments and 2,292 sqm of retail space.
Finbar entered into a development venture with the landowners in March this year that will see Finbar and the landowners share equally in the development profit, with Finbar also earning a management fee.
Construction will start in the 2015 calendar year.
