COLLIERS International has made two appointments in Melbourne.
Shane Varenhout has been appointed senior property manager in the real estate management team, based out of the Melbourne East office in Clayton.
Varenhout has more than 12 years’ experience and previously worked for CBRE, where he managed properties on behalf of institutional, corporate and private clients including a diverse range of tenants.
“Throughout his career, Shane has forged strong relationships with both owners and tenants,” Colliers managing director of real estate management Darren Whitelegg said.
“In his new role, Shane will manage a variety of commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout metropolitan Melbourne,” Whitelegg said.
Colliers has also appointed Alana Goldberg as a portfolio manager based in the CBD office.
Goldberg completed her property studies at RMIT whilst working at Knight Frank as part of their Scholarship Program and recently completed a six-month rotational program at ISPT.
She will work alongside Amanda Anderson on the OneSteel account.
