BROOKFIELD Multiplex has been appointed by Chinese developer Greenland to build the $800 million Greenland Centre residential tower, which will be the tallest apartment tower in Sydney's CBD.
Located at 115 Bathurst St, the 67-storey building will rise 235 metres above the ground level and comprise 480 apartments.
The development will retain its existing basement car parking and will also include seven levels of above ground parking. It was designed by architects BVN Donovan Hill in association with Woods Bagot.
“We are delighted to be constructing such a significant project for Sydney and we look forward to partnering with Greenland to deliver what will be a unique and architecturally stunning inner-city apartment building,” Brookfield Multiplex New South Wales regional managing director David Ghannoum said.
