FRASERS Centrepoint Limited has appointed Bob Johnston to lead its Australian business. As a result Guy Pahor will step down as CEO of Frasers Property Australia.
Johnston was the head of Australand prior to FCL’s $2.6 billion takeover.
FCL recently completed the acquisition of Australand, which is now a fully owned subsidiary of the S$11.8 billion Singapore Exchange-listed company.
FCL CEO Lim Ee Seng said Pahor has steered the group through a critical phase and successfully executed on a number of the group’s large, mixed-use urban regeneration projects.
Pahor will retained in an advisory capacity.
