THE Echo Entertainment, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium and James Packer and Greenland Group partnership have submitted their respective detailed proposal for the development of Brisbane's Queen's Wharf.
Echo said given the confidential nature of the bid process, it is unable to provide further information regarding the proposal at this stage, however a formal announcement will be made in early 2015.
Crown Resorts and Greenland also lodged their bid.
“When I walked around Queen’s Wharf last year, I could see the incredible tourism opportunity the site offered,” Crown’s chairman James Packer said.
“With Greenland, we are fully committed to building something truly spectacular for the people of Brisbane,” Packer said.
