SAVILLS has appointed two divisional directors, Kosta Filinis and Gareth Jackson, at the Notting Hill office in Melbourne’s south-east.
Savills’ Victorian managing director Dominic Long said the appointments followed Savills’ strategy to recruit the best operatives in the market and both bring over 20 years of experience.
“The appointment of two operatives with such extensive experience in the south-east industrial market is a real coup for the Notting Hill office in bolstering what is an already strong and well-established industrial team.
“That broad experience, along with an extensive list of industry contacts, and the exceptional people skills that Gareth and Kosta bring to the table will both complement the skill set of our existing team and enhance our client service capability allowing the team to further expand its reach across the South-Eastern market,” Long said.
