WATPAC has been awarded a $24 million contract by Baptcare Limited for the construction of a new residential aged care facility at Macleod in eastern Melbourne.
Stage 1C includes the construction of a three-storey aged care and respite facility with part basement, in addition to associated landscaping, access road and car park pavements.
The new facility will include staff offices, dining areas, leisure/sitting rooms, a hair salon, utility areas, laundry and a commercial kitchen.
Work will commence later this month, with completion scheduled for early 2016.
