SAVILLS has appointed Paul Jones as divisional director to its Victorian project management team.
Jones has over 33 years of experience in the property industry and joins Savills from Codicote Pty Ltd, where he was the co-founder, director and project director since 2007.
Jones has a very broad level of project experience which includes retail, commercial, industrial, health, residential, civil, education and hotels and specialises in major large scale retail projects, most recently the $1.5 billion redevelopment of the Myer Bourke St and Emporium shopping centre in Melbourne’s CBD.
He has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Master of Business Administration, majoring in Property Development and is a Licensed Builder in New South Wales.
“Jones has built up a strong reputation within the industry. He is highly regarded and brings to the team a vast level of knowledge and experience which will complement that of our existing and growing team,” Savills project management Victoria general manager Chris Adam said.
