CBRE has recruited Robert DiPasquale to lead the expansion of the facilities management business in the Pacific region, based in the Melbourne office.
DiPasquale has assumed the leadership role from Russell O’Shea, who recently took up a senior Hong Kong-based role in CBRE’s Asia Pacific FM team.
DiPasquale has over 20 years’ experience and was most recently as general manager of client accounts for DTZ, following senior roles at Tungsten Group and Johnson Controls.
In his new role as regional director, he will be based in CBRE’s Melbourne office, overseeing the agency’s FM activities in Australia and New Zealand.
CBRE deputy managing director, corporate services, Rhys Harvey said the appointment would help drive the continued growth and success of the firm’s Pacific FM platform.
“Recruiting an executive of Robert’s calibre to assume the Pacific leadership will allow us to further develop our platform and enhance our client service offering.
“Along with his strong leadership capabilities and commercial acumen, Robert has a wealth of specialist strategic facilities management expertise and has successfully negotiated and delivered some of the largest facilities management contracts in Australia,” Harvey said.
